And so has spoken the mysterious Number 1, the man who has crippled the efficiency and communications of Newark, La Guardia and JFK International Airport. Now, in one of the biggest snowstorms ever to plague New York, dozens of planes are stranded in the air, unable to refuel and able to collide in mid - air any moment. It's up to NYPD Captain Frank Malone to find the identity and whereabouts of Number 1 before the first plane crash, the plane carrying his daughter and 100 more passengers.
