J'ai appris beaucoup de choses sur l'aromathérapie, comment utiliser les plantes dans la vie de tous les jours ou même les phases de la lune et j'ai adoré les photographies qui parsèment l'ouvrage ; mais quelque chose m'a mise mal à l'aise à la lecture - peut-être le côté personnel que l'autrice apporte ?
