This week, I'm reading The Hallowe'en Party by Agatha Christie. It's been ages since I read some Hercule Poirot. It's also the first time I'm reading Agatha Christie in English so i was a wee bit nervous. But so far, it's been mostly easy (except when Poirot visited a garden and EVERY plant was described ! I don't care for plant's names in French, so it really isn't my forte in English !)
The most prevalent downside was that I was hoping for a read in accordance with the season. Sadly, the titular party is only the set of a gruesome murder and Poirot arrives weeks later to investigate. But apart from that, I 'm really enjoying it so far
