    Unlike you, I never wanted to go in Asia even if I admit that some countries may be beautiful but it doesn't interest me :S.
    Anyway, it's a great experience to live in a another country whatever it is. I hope someday it will be my turn ^^

    I spent 5 months in China. Shanghai is a paradoxal city : you see the best and the worth of China. I love it so much :D

    I hope I'll be lucky again and visit China (cause I've not visited the rest of Mainland).

    @Evert : yep I had a blog : http://pika-en-chine.blogspot.com
    Last update : the end of my trip...

    I love The replacement's cover !
    But, I just understand it's a novel talking about changelings and that os a kind of bit-lit for young adults. Too bad there is no summary. Anyway : I keep an eye on it :)
    I see there is a trailer for the books but I don't like this way to make trailer for books like they were movies. To my mind, that's kills my imagination so I prefer no to see it. And it's such mercantile !  ^^

    Oups I forgot the summary. Here you are ^^'

    The replacement:

    Mackie Doyle seems like everyone else in the perfect little town of Gentry, but he is living with a fatal secret - he is a Replacement, left in the crib of a human baby sixteen years ago. Now the creatures under the hill want him back, and Mackie must decide where he really belongs and what he really wants.

    A month ago, Mackie might have told them to buzz off. But now, with a budding relationship with tough, wounded, beautiful Tate, Mackie has too much to lose. Will love finally make him worthy of the human world?

    Matched:
    In the Society, Officials decide. Who you love. Where you work. When you die.

    Cassia has always trusted their choices. It’s barely any price to pay for a long life, the perfect job, the ideal mate. So when her best friend appears on the Matching screen, Cassia knows with complete certainty that he is the one . . . until she sees another face flash for an instant before the screen fades to black. Now Cassia is faced with impossible choices: between Xander and Ky, between the only life she’s known and a path no one else has ever dared follow—between perfection and passion.

    Matched is a story for right now and storytelling with the resonance of a classic.

    I've tried once, a long time ago. It's very paradoxical, 'cause I like speaking english since I'm very young, I've never had any big problem with this langage, but I can't read any book in english. It makes me think the tests we had, when I was at school, and that we had to read a text then answer questions about it. I always had to read it some times to understand it, whereas I don't care when I speak.

    I've read english books for three years because of my licence. There were four books a year for literature and some more for history. And some just for the fun ^^ Until now, I've read between 21 and 30 english books. And it will continue for sure! The first book was the last Harry Potter. I thought it would be a good exercice for my licence.
