Synopsis
Professor Hugo Strange is dead.
Or so everyone believed...
In the early years of Batman's crime-fighting, the brilliantly twisted Strange pushed the Dark Knight to the very edge of sanity. But Batman was able to resist the diabolical mastermind and foil Strange's sinister plots.
Now Hugo Strange is back for his revenge. And this time he's enlisted the help of Jonathan Crane-the fear-inducing rogue known as the Scarecrow! With the Master of Fear by his side Strange is determined to finally break Batman's will once and for all.
But the Scarecrow has his own plans to defeat Gotham City's vigilante and they involve the brilliant thief Catwoman-who still holds a place in Batman's heart.
