Synopsis
"Titans together" is the rallying cry of the young heroes of the Teen Titans. But when Static returns to Dakota, the city that empowered him, he must face his troubles alone, including Holocaust, the super-powered gang leader who schooled him.
As Static searches for answers in his hometown, the empathic Titan Raven has been kidnapped by a mystical force so powerful it could take over the entire planet.
Now Static and Raven are in grave danger, and the Titans will have to come together to save their teammates. Thankfully, Static isn't the only Titan having a homecoming - two classic Teen Titans are back in action and ready ton rejoin the team. But are they even enough to tip the scales in the Titans' favor against seemingly insurmountable threats?
