Synopsis
Following on from the epic "War Games" saga, "War Crimes" picks up the story one year on from the events that nearly destroyed the sprawling metropolis of Gotham City! As Batman searches for the man who murdered the first female Robin - Stephanie Brown - a televised backlash against vigilantes is launched by his one-time supporter, Arturo Rodriguez. As the hunt for Stephanie's killer intensifies, Batman must face two of his most dangerous enemies, the Joker and Black Mask, while attempting to discover who is trying to frame him for murder!
