    C'est ironique, mais lire ce livre me rendait anxieuse. Malheureusement, c'est encore un de ces livres de développement personnel qui vous donne les mêmes conseils que tous les autres: bien manger, s'aimer, arrêter de s'inquiéter. Facile quoi.
