Synopsis
Imagine an Earth where there is no Superman, but there is an evil, twisted supervillain who calls himself Ultraman; no Batman, but a cynical sadist known as Owlman; in fact, instead of the JLA, there's the CSA - the Crime Syndicate of Amerika! JLA: Syndicate Rules pits the World's Greatest Superheroes against their own dark opposites from a parallel Earth. Incredibly, they also face a dangerous group of alien invaders hellbent on destroying the Earth - the planet's fate hangs in the balance...
