Synopsis
Gotham City is changing. After Mayor Hill is killed by a mysterious assailant, Batman finds himself tracking down an ancient order that’s long been buried under the streets of Gotham: the Court of Owls. But what does this group have to gain from the death of Mayor Hill…and how can Deadman help the Dark Knight? But that's not all that's lurking in the long shadows of Gotham City. Thanks to the now-vacant mayoral seat, an old face from Batman's early years tries to take center stage and grab power once more. It's going to take might of the entire Bat-Family to save Gotham and protect it from the dark forces looking to take hold.
