Synopsis

Darcy O’Brien is a thirty-one-year-old executive editor for Love Lines, a rom-com that’s shot in New York. She’s smart, funny, very into pop-culture, and quite happy with her life, thank you very much.
She’s managing her professional challenges quite well, putting in the work to become a co-producer, until she runs into one Wesley Jones – the same Wesley Jones whose heart she broke in high school and who she’s been able to leave behind (for the most part). But now he’s back in New York and she’s all over the place, because up-and-coming actor Nolan Bryant wants her number and Darcy is, to say the least, unsure of what she’s feeling or what she should do.
And at Love Lines Darcy has to deal with Rick, a co-writer who takes credit over ideas that aren’t his as he’s just as invested in that co-producer promotion. She needs to figure out how to sort it out without ousting him in public. Add into the mix her perfect brother, their dad who lives in Florida, their uptight mom, and her group of friends…
At least Darcy’s got a support team she knows she can count on, no matter how many challenges she’s facing or how confused she may feel as she’s trying to find her happily-ever-after, whatever that may look like.
