Now, in one of the biggest snowstorms ever to plague New York, dozens of planes are stranded in the air, unable to refuel and able to collide in mid - air any moment. It's up to NYPD Captain Frank Malone to find the identity and whereabouts of Number 1 before the first plane crash, the plane carrying his daughter and 100 more passengers.
