Georgiana's fallKate McCray2016

Synopsis

Georgiana Darcy is the person who has touched my heart the most in Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice. She is not strong like Elizabeth Bennet or silly like Lydia. She is shy, sweet and innocent. George Wickham, a rake, wishes to take advantage of her. He wishes to get his hands on her money and to take revenge on her brother Fitzwilliam Darcy for a perceived slight. He persuades Georgiana to elope with him.

This novel is a prequel to Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice. It tells the story of what happened in Ramsgate between Miss Darcy and Mr. Wickham just before Elizabeth Bennet meets Fitzwilliam Darcy. The story is 100,000 words long. It is a clean romance, with moments of drama, angst and humor. And there is of course a happy ever after for our girl.

If you have seen the opera La Traviata, you'll enjoy this story. This is my first Pride and Prejudice variation. Please review the story and let me know if you like my variation and if you wish to read more like it
