Difficile de croire que c'est le premier roman de l'autrice tant c'était excellent. L'histoire de Cecily m'a retourné et ému. Austin est un très bon perso masculin pour lequel on s'attache. Et le sujet des violences conjugales fut abordé d'une main de maître, rendant la lecture plus bouleversante et dure émotionnellement. Une romance addictive sur l'espoir, les nouveaux départs et les 2nd chances.
