ce livre est tout simplement merveilleux, pour moi c'est le meilleur livre " star " que j'ai lu jusqu'à présent. Le livre est avant tout autobiographique, on en apprend beaucoup sur son parcours, mais elle donne aussi d'excellents conseils bien être , cuisine, sport , de vie... j'aurais tellement aimé lire ce livre quand j'étais ados, un livre remarquable.
